Endeavour therapy can offer support to individuals and couples. Whatever the format, counselling is open ended and can run for as few or as many sessions as the client needs.
Counselling for individuals
Meetings are usually weekly, at the same time and on the same day. Some people prefer to work fortnightly or to other types of schedules, due to work commitments or other reasons. Good work can still be achieved in this format, although progress may sometimes feel a little slower than weekly work.
An individual’s session lasts for 50 minutes. During the first meeting the client will be able to explore whether therapy work in this way will help them find the solutions to achieve their individual goal(s). Lisa will answer any questions during this session and explain her style of working. If she does not believe her service to be best the way forward for the client, she will be able refer them on to a service she feels more appropriate.
Counselling for couples
To most people, couples counselling means something has gone really wrong. This isn’t always true, but whatever the circumstance or situation Endeavour Therapy can offer support and a space to talk whenever needed.
